- Add 1 chopped onion and fry this.
- Then add potato. Stirring for 2 minutes.
- Add water and salt as taste.
- Add 1 red chilli.
- Now cover the kadai with lid and reduce the flame on low.
- Cook for 10 minutes or until the potato is cooked properly.
- Now add the poppy seeds paste and stir continuously for 2 minutes.
- Remove from flame.
- Serve it with hot steamed rice.
