- Then add ginger paste & cook for another 1/2 mins.
- Now add cumin powder & turmeric powder & stir well.
- Then add some water, salt & sugar mix well, & cook for 3/4 mins.
- Then add fish mix well, cook another 2/3 mins.
- Then add garam masala powder mix well.
