- Take 3 tspoons Red chilli powder

- Take as needed Oil for tadaka
- Get 1 tsp Rai
- Get 1 tsp Amchur powder
Instructions to make Jowar Popcorn:
- Add oil in kadai… Add rai for tadaka… Once it's tempered, add hing and jowar dhani.
- Continuously stir it on slow flame for 10 mins after adding salt and haldi. Dis vl make dhani more crispy.
- Add red chilli powder, amchur powder and buru khand and stir for 1/2 minutes. Switch off the flame and still stir continuously as due to heat red chilli powder burns fast and turns black so to avoid it.
- Jowar Popcorn is ready. Transfer in ne Popcorn container U hv once it cooled down.
- Healthy jowar Popcorn as a snack is ready. Minimum oil (almost no) and still a Healthy Millet Cooking
