- Addd the lukewarm water to the yeast and mix

- Add the yest and water to the flour and mix until it forms a sticky dough
- Knead for 10 mins
- Prove under a bowl for 40 mins
- Put Polenta onto the bottom of your dish and place the dough on top
- Push your fingertips down onto the dough and splash on olive oil
- Then add your toppings. I’m using olives, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic oli oil, basil and extra virgin Olive oil
- Put a warm wet towel over the top and leave for 45 mins to double in size.
- Add a sprinkle of Salt and put in the oven for 35 mins at 200c or until the top is golden Brown
- Remove from tray, add olive oil on top and leave to cool for 10 mins.
