- Get 1/4 cup desi ghee
- Get 1 tsp dry ginger powder

For preparing dates burfi, chop the dates into very small pieces. Boil milk and sugar in a vessel. Then add rava and stir continuously for sometime. It's a mouth watering burfi made with figs and dates.

- Take a grinder jar put soaked dates grind well.
- Take a wok put desi ghee add dates mixer cook in 10 minutes after 10 minutes, mix all ingredients cook in 5minutes then add jaggery and honey mix then add dry ginger powder and carrom seeds mix then batter released pan edges flame off
- Take a greased tray pour cooked batter flat in spatula cool them cut in shapes and enjoy.
