- Get Garlic

- Get 1/4 kg Liver

Pinch a small lump of it with your hand and roll into a ball. Today I made fried liver, that had marinated in ginger, garlic, milk and green onion prior to frying it.

- Put liver in a pan on low heat and add ginger powder. Cover the pan until all the liquid is drained.
- Add some oil, onions and garlic and cover until the onions are soft.
- Add the tomatoes and salt. Stir fry till ready.
- In a separate pan, heat oil. Add onions and garlic and saute.
- Add tomatoes and cover. Let cook until it forms a thick paste. Add salt.
- Add the spinach and cover to steam.
- When ready, serve with ugali or a dish of your choice.
