- After brain boiled Heat oil add Fenugreek seed in it fry until it turns in golden colour in a bowl take onion paste,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt togehter add in oil

- Now add yogurt and mix well add Brain in it and cook for 5 to 8 minutes in the end
- Granish with coriander and Dill Serve with chapati.
