- Take 15 g Butter
- Prepare 50 g Pecorino Romano

- Boil the water in a pot and add the stock cube.
- Gradually whisk in the polenta until it reaches a thick polenta reaches a porridge like consistency.
- Once the polenta is ready, add the cheese and butter and continue to mix in off the heat. Once mixed in we'll, allow to cool a little bit.
- Line a baking tray with cling film and pour in the mixture into the pan.
- Once fully cooled, place in the fridge for at least 20mins.
- When ready to cook, pre heat an oven to 190°C fan.
- Remove the polenta from the fridge. Turn it over onto a chopping board and peel away the cling film.
- Cut into chips and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle with vegetable oil and place in the oven for 35mins or until browned.
