- In another pan start boiling water and melt cooking chocolate over it..
- After 2,3min chocolate start melting..keep stirring with spatula so that chocolate do not burn or over cook..
- When chocolate melt add heavy cream and mix..
- Now pour ganache into glass.. set with back of the spoon..
- Neay your glass & Garnish with crushed alomnds..
- On top add one more cookie.. chill for 6,7hours and enjoy..
