- Grill the sausages until cooked and leave to cool
- Add the Crushed Garlic to the butter and mix in. Add 1 tbls to a frying pan and heat up
- When the butter is melted add the mushrooms and fry for aroind 5 minutes.
- Push the mushrooms to the side add the rest of the butter and add the advacado,s and cherry tomatoes turn them around to cover with garlic butter then once they have fried for 2 - 3 minutes move the mushrooms back into the heat in the middle
- In a saucepan heat up the water just enough to cover the egg
- While the egg is cooking around 2 - 3 minutes. Slice the sausage down the middle and add the grated cheese. Reheat in a microwave or grill to melt the cheese.
- Make Toast i used a seeded thick bread its so tasty toasted and add to the side.Add the eggs to the serving plate then the rest of the food.
- Serve hot.
