- Get 1 Fresh Raw Papaya
- Make ready 5 tsp oil
- Get 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- Make ready 4-5 green chillies (sliced it)
- Take 5-6 Curry leaves
- Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 lemon juice
- Get 3 tsp sugar
- Take as per taste Salt

- Take pan add oil, mustard seeds, astofedia, greenchillies,Curry leaves, Turmeric Powder.
- Add to mixture of curd. now put mixture on low flame add salt, sugar. Mix it properly
- Get it boil for 5 min. Kadhi is done
- For Grated Raw Papaya: Peel the Papaya, wash it. Take out the seeds and grate it.
- Take a pan add oil, mustard seeds, astofedia, Green Chillies, Curry leaves.
- Mix it well. Add turmeric powder. Add Grated Papaya
- Add lemon juice, sugar, salt.
- Mix it all well on low flame. Just for 2-3 min. The Papaya should not get soft. It should remain crunchy.
- It's ready. The whole plate Fafada-Kadhi with Grated Raw Papaya and Pickled Chillies.
