- Peel the papaya and grate it.

- Now make logs from dough and heat a steam it and put these log in it and steam them for 20 mins at medium flame. Remove from steamer and keep aside to cool down it. Now Make piece of it.
- Now take all ingredients of tikka in a bowl and make a batter.
- Now make dices of capsicums and onion. Add muthiya and vegetables in batter. Mix well and keep in fridge for half and hour
- Now take skewers and insert the vegetables and muthiya in it.
- Preheat microwave at 200℃ and keep these at 180℃for 12 min. Remove from microwave and apply some butter or oil so that these could not become dry.
- Now grill for 2-3 mins. Our muthiya tikka is ready to serve. Serve it with green chutney.
- For green chutney, take all ingredients of chutney and blend them. Chutney is ready.
