  2. Heat oil in a wok.Fry chopped coconut.Set aside.Then fry the semi cooked papaya and potato smearing little salt.Add a bay leaf and add ginger paste.Fry and add turmeric,red chilli powder,cumin powder,salt and sugar to taste.Add the fried papaya, potato,grated coconut and toss.
  3. Add the reserved stock and if needed add some more water and cook for 2 minutes.Sprinkle garam masala and ghee.Serve healthy and nutritious Peper Dalna with steamed rice or any Indian flat bread.
