- Heat oil in a pan. Add whole spices.
- When it crackle add onion paste and fry for 2 or3 minutes.
- Add ginger garlic, yoghurt, black pepper powder, garam masala kasuri methi and salt.fry till water gets dry.
- Now add almond,green chilli and poppy seeds paste.fry 2 to 3 minutes. Add cream and mix it.
- Add 3/4 cup milk or water. Keep flame on high and stir continuously till boil come.
- Shallow fry the paneer. Add the paneer into gravy.Cook for 1 minute.
- Switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and butter.
