  6. Add some salt & black pepper and turn off the stove. Add some double cream in the pan at the end. Enjoy it with some parmesan cheese

Add the chilli flakes and brandy. Allow the mixture to bubble and then cover with a lid. Leave the mixture for a few minutes while stirring occasionally. Wait until the prawns are cooked and then remove from the heat. Hands down, my favourite way to cook fresh prawns!
