- Now the veggies are cool now add the veggies to a mixer container and blend it nicely into to a smooth paste now put the paste aside in a bowl.
- Now take the same mixer container and add the cashews,almonds and 1 bowl curd into the mixing jar and blended into a smooth paste.
- Now take a pan and heat it and add 4 tablespoon of desi ghee now at the the veggie paste into the pan and allow it to heat for 5 minutes. you will observe the change in colour a little bit.Now add the cashew Almonds and curd Pury into the pan, mix it well and allow it to cook for the next three minutes.
- Now it's the perfect time to add milk mix it nicely and allowed to cook for 5 minutes. now depending upon the consistency that you want of the gravy, add a little bit of water… I added one glass of water and mix it well.
- Now it's time for the spices so add salt it according to your taste I added 1 tablespoon of salt + one spoon of red chilli powder and half tablespoon of Kashmiri mirch powder.
- Now cut your paneer into small cubes.
- Now add the cubes in the gravy and allow it to cook for 5 minutes. and yes that's it and here is your delicious shahi paneer
