- Take 2 bay leaves
- Make ready 1 tsp Kitchen king Masala

- Prepare For Akkha Masoor Dal
- Prepare 1 cup akkha masoor washed
- Get 2 chopped onion
- Prepare 5 cloved Chopped Garlic
- Make ready 2 chopped green chillies
- Take 2 chopped tomatoes
- Prepare Half inch ginger chopped
- Make ready As required water
- Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Prepare As per taste red chilli powder
- Make ready As per taste Salt
- Prepare 2 tbsp - oil
- Make ready 2 bay leaves
- Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Make ready 1 tbsp - Ghee
- Take Handful coriander leaves
- Make ready 1 tsp garam masala

Steps to make Matar Paneer Thali:
- For Matar Paneer - Heat oil in a kadhai, add diced onions, whole garlic cloves, roughly chopped Ginger and diced tomato cubes. Stir and roast cover with a lid and cook till tomatoes are soft and mushy, Now switch off the flame and let all the ingredients cool down completely and grind it to make a smooth paste.
- Soak 18-20 kaju in a katori full of water for about 1 hour and make a paste of it. Keep aside.
- Now heat oil in a kadhai add cumin seeds, let it crackle add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, saute and add onion tomato paste, saute well till oil is separated from sides, add kaju paste mix well now add salt and Kitchen king masala, add one cup peas and paneer cubes, adjust the consistency by adding water but try and keep the gravy thick now cover and cook for 5 mins more switch off the flame add Coriander leaves and Kasuri methi. Matar paneer is ready to serve.
- In a pressure cooker heat oil add bay leaves and cumin seeds let it crackle, add chopped onions, chopped ginger, chopped garlic and chopped green chillies, saute well till onions are golden brown, now add chopped tomatoes, saute till tomatoes are soft and mushy, add all masalas - Turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala, saute well add washed Akkha Masoor dal and water, add salt, mix well. Cover the pressure cooker lid and take 4 whistles. Add Coriander leaves and one tsp Ghee.
- Serve thali - Matar Paneer, Masoor dal, Ghee Phulkas and Salad.
