  1. First took paneer and cut it into medium size square pieces…Take 2 big onion and cut it into pieces…remaining two onions r chopped in a chopper finely..as shown in the picture
  2. Make paste of(1 inch) ginger,garlic and 3-4 chillies.
  3. Take 1 tbsp corn flour in a dish,add salt and red chilli powder in it..and mix it..add paneer pieces in to it….and marinate it for 5 minutes
  4. Take a pan and put 1 tbsp oil in it..put it on the flame….Add panner pieces in it and saute it for 5to 7 minutes until it become redish brown
  5. Then in a bowl make thick better of 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp besan,salt,red chilli powder and little water.
  6. Dip,saute paneer pieces in the better and fry till it becomes golden brown.
  7. Again took a pan,put 1 tbsp oil, add onion pieces and capsicum pieces in it and saute it for 3 minutes…Then add finely chopped onion and saute it..
  8. Add fried paneer pieces..also add soya sauce then red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce and stir it for 5 minutes.
  9. Add vinegar and stir it well. Paneer chilli is ready to serve..Transfer it in a serving bowl.
