  7. With the mixer in low speed, add about 1/2cup of flour mixture, and add bourbon, and the rest of the flour mixture.
  8. Using a large rubber spatula, gently fold the rest of floured pecans into the batter
  9. Bake 180 c for 60 - 65 minutes or unti it cooked.
  10. Before serving, use a fine sieve to dust the top of te cake with icing sugar.

Invert cake onto a wire rack, and let cool completely. For glaze: In a medium bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, cocoa, and salt. In a small saucepan, bring butter and bourbon to a boil over medium-high heat. Pour hot butter mixture over confectioners' sugar mixture, whisking until smooth. Place cake on a cake plate.
