  7. Take 1 tbsp Jeera(cumin) powder
  8. Take As needed Oil for roasting
  9. Take 2 tsp Coriander leaves

  1. Take 3 to 4 boiled potatoes, paneer grated, salt, blackpepper powder, jeerapowder, salt, 2 tsp green chutney and mix well
  2. Add cornflour, coriander and make dough form
  3. Grease oil in hands and take one ball and flat it with hands and put it on pan and roast it from both the sides till it turns golden brown and crisp.ready to serve.

Flip and continue to cook until paneer gets slightly blackened on both sides. Remove paneer from heat, drizzle with melted butter and combine well. Sprinkle with pinch of chaat masala powder, lemon juice and top with fresh cilantro. Add the paneer pieces and lemon juice. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
