  2. Add 2 green chili chopped and 1/2 t-spoon lemon juice.
  3. Mix this mixture nicely and make dough.make shapes out of this dough as you like.
  4. For outer cover-take 1/4 cup corn flour in bowl and add 1/4 cup water and mix it.make bread crumbs in a mixer.
  5. Now dip the kababs that you made in this corn flour mixture and then coat it with bread crumbs and deep fry in kadhai on medium flame.
  6. Serve paneer kurkure with tomato sauce.
