Steps to make Dahi Dhamal:
- For praline
- Heat the sugar in a pan and allow to caramelize.
- Then add nuts powder and mix well and put on a greased platform.
- Cool a little and give triangle cut marks.
- After it cools break it on the cut marks and keep aside.
- Now mix the lime curd ingredients in a bowl.
- Take a short glass and put strawberry crush and put chopped fruits and crushed praline.
- Fill with curd filling till top.
- Garnish with praline triangle and strawberry crush and serve chilled.
