- Pour the mixture in a setting bowl add the crushed praline stir it slightly and - freeze it for 5_6 hours. - Serve chilled.

- Put the sugar in a heavy bottom pan.. - cook on a low flame - stirring contiuously till the sugar dissolves and turns golden brown.
- Now add nuts and mix well
- Grease a plate with oil and spread the sugar syrup and leave it to set..
- Crush praline and mix into icecream.
