- Soak cracked wheat in enough water overnight. If short of time it can be soaked for an hour too. In a pan, heat butter and saute the oats and the cracked wheat for 2 minutes.
- Pressure cook it for 6 to 7 whistles adding Milk and the Cinnamon powder. Can add some water too if needed. I cooked it on a low heat on the gas.
- Let it cool down before opening the lid. Let it sit in the refrigerator until serving. Before serving, add fruits and nuts. Serve it chilled or can be given warm.
- Top each serving bowl with some slices of Banana and thin slices of Apple.
