- First cut papaya in STRIPS
- Now take a pan…add mustard oil…panch phoran…bay leaves…whole red chilli
- Add papaya…all spice..like salt and red chilli…stir and cook ti papaya COOKED
- At last put green chopped coriander
- If you want..in the end you cn add amchur…also
- Omita khat ready to serve
