- When the water evaporates a bit & gravy starts to thicken, add tomatoes, green chillies. When the tomatoes are cooked properly remove this mixture from heat sauce.
- Take another pan in the gas, add 1 tbsp oil, chopped onions, garlic & saute. Then add whole mustard seeds, whole panch phoran, whole cumins in it, mix well & pour this seasoning in the potato mixture.
- Now sprinkle roasted panch phoran, roasted cumin & coriander powder on top & your Raw banana & potato mishmash is ready to serve! Serve it with plain roti
