  6. Take another pan in the gas, add 1 tbsp oil, chopped onions, garlic & saute. Then add whole mustard seeds, whole panch phoran, whole cumins in it, mix well & pour this seasoning in the potato mixture.
  7. Now sprinkle roasted panch phoran, roasted cumin & coriander powder on top & your Raw banana & potato mishmash is ready to serve! Serve it with plain roti
