- Occasionally spoon caramel mixture over top of pears
- Simmer till hot throughout DO NOT OVERCOOK
- Add your choice of chopped nut, I use chopped pecans
- Serve alone topped with powdered sugar or serve over ice cream, it is delicious either way!!
