In a big bowl, whisk together yogurt, turmeric, red chili, and garam masala. Methi Chicken or Murgh methi is a dish prepared with chicken coupled with fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves. - In a heavy base pan put oil and add chopped onions, garlic, ginger,green chilli, saute till soft

- Now add methi leaves and chicken. Cook till chicken is cooked thoroughly
- Add 2 tbsp of cream and keep in 2 more mins.
- Adjust spices and serve with naan or roti
