- Assemble all the ingredients together.
- In a pan take mustard /any oil add mushrooms, salt, turmeric powder and saute till the mushrooms oozed water gets dry
- In a pan take oil,panch phoran, add green chillies, onion and saute. Add tomatoes and saute till soft. Later add mustard paste and saute add potatoes, salt, water and cook covered for 3-4 mins.
- Add masala and mix well.
- Add mushrooms and water as required cover and cook for another 2 mins and serve.
- Ready to serve with roti
