  1. In a bowl, mix cooked rice, curd and water. Now add salt, smashed ginger, mix well and keep aside.
  2. Heat up the oil in tadka pan or small kadhai. Add panch phoran, curry leaves and dry red chilli (whole). Let it crackle. Add tadka to the prepared cooked rice mixture. Dahi Pakhala is ready to serve.
