- Then add carrots and sauté for 3 minutes
- Add pork loin atop the pears
- Add onions to the sides
- Add the carrots on top of onions
- Drizzle with the butter. Pouring over pork loin bake in oven till done.
- Let rest 5 minutes then slice. Add a pear half to plate. top with pork loin, onions, and drizzle with juices in dish.
