- Take flour in a large bowl and mix it with salt, oil and water. Knead the dough well to make it smooth and make equal sized balls out of the dough.
- Roll the dough in to medium circle shapes and place paneer filling balls in the centre of the circle. Bring together all the sides in the centre and seal tightly. Dust it very lightly with flour and gently roll it out to form circle shapes.
- Cook on a hot thava using a little oil or butter until both sides are golden brown.
- Serve and hot.
