- Sprinkle half of the cheese- top with the bacon – sprinkle the other half of the cheese over.
- Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 18 - 20 minutes
- Cool – cut into wedges – you can serve as is or topped with ketchup or a dollop of sour cream
