  1. Add wheat flour,salt and oil in a mixing bowl.add enough water and make a dough.
  2. Rest for 1/2 hour.
  3. For stuffing: add grated Gobhi,ginger,green coriander, green chilli,chat masala,black salt,dry pomegranate seeds,hing and salt,mix well.
  4. Roll a roti with the dough,and fill the stuffing.
  5. And now roll the paratha.
  6. Heat a tawa,greased the ghee put the paratha on tawa spread ghee on both side.
  7. Shallow fry from both side till the golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with curd.
