  4. When you freez dahi wada if you have extra when ever you can use again simple you can add normal water and give in microwave 2 seconds is on tha shape again and soft and fresh again

I learnt to make dahi bhalla this way from my mother-in-law. When I first started making them, my dahi bhalle won't be soft.
