- Or. Just coat wedges with corn flour. And fry it. Fry it till it become crispy from outside. Once fried, add some salt and pepper and serve.
- Try cook it in oven as it tastes better though its not as crispier like fried one.
In Australia, potato wedges are a common bar food, that are almost always served with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce. Anyway, toss the potato wedges around, then add plenty of kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Then toss it all around to coat.
