  1. Heat the oven to 190 degrees. Add 6 muffin cases to the muffin tin.
  2. Sieve the flour. Add the baking powder & stir well.
  3. Add the grated cheese and olives. Add salt & pepper and basil. Mix.
  4. Whisk the egg, add the milk and melted butter. Mix.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry. Mix as little as needed.
  6. Add the tomato purée and mix until just swirled throughout.
  7. Add to the muffin cases. Bake for 20-25 minutes

Note: If you want to freeze these, now is the time! Arrange the muffin pieces on a baking tray. Half fill each mould in the muffin tin with the muffin mixture, add one twelfth of the feta mixture to each muffin, then top each with the remaining muffin mixture Savoury Muffins are cheesy muffins studded with Mediterranean flavours - olives, sun dried tomatoes, roasted peppers and feta!
