We usually prepare pizza with all purpose flour but I have been wanting to make a healthy version of it using atta for the longest time but always kept postponing.

- Take a bowl add atta, curd, salt & knead a soft dough, cover it with a muslin cloth. Give it a rest of good 2 hours at a warm place.
- After 2 hours take your dough (should be fermented by now) and knead it gently for 2 min, make a ball out of it.
- Start rolling the ball with a rolling pit(belan) or pat roll it with your hand using dry atta, give it a shape of 9”-12” roti. Fold the corners of the roti (if you want can add some cheese in the folds)
- Add marinara sauce, italian seasoning on the roti & spread it nicely.
- Adding your flavours to it… add mushrooms, capsicum, onion,tomato, cheese and place it on a greased baking tray. keep it aside for 3-4 mins.
- Finally bake it at 180 degrees for around 15-20 mins (depending on oven, can anyways give a check from outside)
