- Chop the onions, ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves fine

- In a pan take a little oil and pan sear the tikkis
- To plate add the yoghurt, the tikkis, add the coriander Chutney, tamarind Chutney, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and enjoy
