- Mix dry ingredients (of pizza base)
- Add 2 tbls olive oil
- Gradually add warm water until dough is formed
- Knead the dough (either in a kneading machine or by hand) until soft and pliable. Grease dough with remainder olive oil, cover dough and set aside
