  1. Firstly prepare the dough, take a large bowl add wheat flour, salt and oil mix it well. After mixing add water and knead to a smooth dough and cover it. Now Prepare stuffing take a bowl add cabbage, onion ginger and green chilli mix it well.
  2. Now take Pan heat it up with oil and Cumin seeds saute well add all mix stuffing saute for 4 minutes and turn off the flame and keep aside from 10 minutes. Now make a thin roti spread salt, chilli powder and dry mango powder and place a ball size cabbage stuffing in the center and spread in a round now fold the roti in a triangle and cover all the corner roll slightly.
  3. Place the Paratha on a hot non-stick or iron tawa and cook for a minute flip it another side and brush the oil and flip again once or twice til both sides cook proper. Now serve with Raita, Momos Chutney.
