  1. Knead soft dough with salt and oil and left for 20 mins
  2. Take a part from dough and make 3 equal size rounded balls
  3. Flatten one ball with roller like we spread normal bread it should b thick
  4. Apply desi ghee and sprinkle flour
  5. Then flatten 2nd ball and put on first
  6. Again apply desi ghee and flour now flatten third ball and put on 2nd bread apply desi ghee and flour
  7. Now roll it
  8. Cut in equal parts
  9. Left for 15 mins
  10. And put on hot pan/tawa and make crispy layered parathas
