- Mix the flour, salt and the coconut milk together until smooth and well combined.
- Put the water into a pan, add one of the pandan leaves, bring to a boil. Then add the flour mixture gradually, while stirring until the mixture thickens and smooth and cooked through. Put off the heat.
- For the sauce: put some water into a pan, add the pal sugar, pandan leaf and salt. Bring to a boil. Put off the heat.
- Serve the porridge with the sauce.
