Brush the outside of the pita pockets with olive oil and grill pitas until mixture is warmed through. Serve immediately, with warm pizza sauce for dipping. I used spicy italian turkey sausage and made it all in one pan. Put the balls back in to simmer a bit. Spooned out into pita halves added mozzarella and baked.
