  1. Take the lauki and peel and cut into roundels.Marinate it with ginger garlic paste and all dry spice pwdrs and set aside for 30 mins
  2. Make sure all the masala is nicely coated
  3. Take kadai and add oil.Add the whole zeera, chillies and curryleaves
  4. Add the marinated lauki,add little water and cover and cook till the water dries and the lauki is all cooked

Dudhi with ghee, cumin and curry leaves Bottle Gourd or Dudhi/ Lauki is not liked and or preferred by many.
