- Add water and cover it till the Potatoes and papaya get soft
- Garnish with garam masala and slitted green chillies
- Serve it with rice

Raw papaya has essential nutrients and enzymes and has more health benefits than the ripe one. Peel papaya very well, cut into halves and remove seeds and hard skin from the center.
