- Make ready 1 tsp ginger powder

This is the perfect gluten-free granola to take on-the-go and a healthy snack or breakfast! But moving on, today, we have a Maple Spiced Granola! This Maple Spiced Granola was kind of inspired by Trader Joes' Gingerbread Spice Granola. I wasn't trying to replicate it exactly, but I wanted the granola to have a slight gingerbread essence, which is why I added in a few tablespoons of molasses.
Instructions to make Spiced Granola:
- Mix everthing together EXCEPT the dried fruits. Bake 30 min, 180C.
- Turn mixture every 10min.
- Once you take it from the oven, stir in the dried fruits/dried cranberries. Let it cool and keep in airtight container. Ready to be served with your fav greek yogurt or you just can munch it as a healthy snack. Enjoy!
