  7. This needa be quick. High Heat throw in onions 30secs, then add in pepper for another 30secs with sightly golden brown. Add in chopped garlic stir, the throw in ribs and stir for 1 min. Switch off Heat add in 1/2 Mix Powder first and taste it. Add in more powder if desired and stir well.
