  2. In a kadhai heat oil and add pancha phutan. Let them crackle. Add chopped onion,green chilli and saute till translucent. - - Then tomatoes,ginger garlic, 1tbsp water and salt. Cook till tomatoes are soft and mushy.
  3. Now add rest of the dry mandalas and cook in low heat till the oil separate. - - Mix the boiled dal and veggies to the cooked masala in kadhi and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Switch off the flame and add and mix crushed dried methi powder and ghee. Serve the delicious and mouthwatering Dalma. - Thanks
