- In a food processor blitz the biscuits to make crumbs. In a bowl add chocolate, biscoff spread and condensed milk and microwave for 1 minute. Remove and give it a stir. Microwave for further 30 seconds. Remove and check chocolate has incorporated with condensed milk and biscoff spread.
- Add biscoff crumbs, coconut powder and almond powder and mix well. Add ghee and mix well until ghee is incorporated. Lastly pour the mixture in a greased tray and smooth over. Let it set in the fridge for 3-4 hours to set. Remove and cut in squares. Best eaten next day.
